About the Author

Walter Zapotoczny holds a doctorate in History from Liberty University, with advanced degrees in Theological Studies, Global History, Strategic Communications, and World Military History. He has served as a command historian with the U.S. Army and as president of a consulting firm, combining distinguished military service with executive-level civilian leadership. The author of fourteen books and numerous internationally published articles, he has also developed corporate training programs and operational manuals.

A specialist in twentieth-century military history, Walter focuses on the Battle of the Bulge, combat leadership, and Holocaust studies, supported by extensive field research across Europe and North Africa. He frequently delivers keynote lectures, is a subject matter expert with the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center Foundation and contributes research and training materials to international audiences.
